Every Woodbridge player, minis to seniors, needs to be registered with the club on the RFU's Game Management System before taking the field this season. It is a five minute job.

Important: our Under 8s squad is full. We have reached capacity for the 2026/27 season and are not able to accept new members in this age group.

Registration for the 2026/27 season is open. Whether you turned out for us last year or you are new to the club, you need to be registered with Woodbridge RUFC on GMS (the RFU's Game Management System) before you can play a competitive fixture.

Why it matters. Registration is what makes you eligible to play and what puts you on the RFU's insurance cover for matches and training. Unregistered players cannot be selected, and fielding one can cost the club league points. Five minutes now saves a lot of grief on a Saturday.

Who needs to do it. Every playing member. Minis and juniors are registered by a parent or guardian. Seniors register themselves. Coaches, team managers and volunteers need a GMS account too.

How to register. If you have registered with us in a past season, your account still exists, so sign in rather than starting a new one. Duplicate records are the single most common reason a registration gets stuck.
